1Your contact information

2Project & application

City, state / province, and country.
Product name, model, specification section, or drawing number, if known.
What creates the noise or vibration? Where is it being heard or felt? What result are you seeking?

3Technical details, if available

Share what you know. Drawings, photos, and specifications can help explain details you do not have on hand.

Include units (lb, kg, etc.) and load per support, if known.
RPM, Hz, or operating speed range, if known.
Number of supports, mounting dimensions, clearances, or height limits.
Length × width × height, with units, if applicable.
Number of items or approximate coverage in sq ft / m².
Include noise measurements / targets (dB, STC, NRC), vibration limits, indoor / outdoor conditions, temperature, corrosion, fire ratings, seismic requirements, finishes, or installation constraints, where relevant.

4Schedule & proposal requirements

Include currency, or leave blank if you need guidance.
Bid submission requirements, shipping destination, specification notes, or other details our team should consider.

5Drawings & supporting documents

Provide relevant blueprints, equipment layouts, specifications, photos, or test reports. PDF exports are preferred for electronic drawings.

Prepare PDF drawings, photos, and supporting documents. Online uploads are not yet available. For large plan sets or native CAD files, call to arrange a file transfer.

When submissions open, you can provide a Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or other file-sharing link for oversized drawing sets.
Identify the current revision and the sheets or equipment to review.

If an NDA or special handling is required, call before sending drawings. Share only files you are authorized to provide.

Submitting a request does not place an order. Product selection, scope, pricing, and timing are subject to project review.
