Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Isolation Technology Inc. aims to make information about our noise and vibration control products and services usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome reports of barriers.

Get assistance or report a barrier

Call (631) 253-3314 if you have difficulty using this website, viewing a product specification, reading a drawing or PDF, navigating a menu, or requesting a quotation. Tell us the page or document involved, the task you were trying to complete, and the format or assistance that would help. Sharing browser or assistive-technology details is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal or medical information.

We will discuss available assistance or an alternative way to obtain the information and submit your project requirements. Response and remediation time depend on the issue and the requested material; we do not promise a fixed resolution time.

Accessibility approach

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA provide a reference for improvements such as keyboard access, visible focus, descriptive links, readable text, adequate contrast, meaningful image alternatives, and clear form labels and instructions. This statement describes an accessibility objective, not a claim that every page or document meets that standard.

Current limitations

A comprehensive accessibility evaluation of all published pages and documents has not been completed. Older manufacturer literature, scanned PDFs, drawings, charts, product tables, and third-party content may present barriers. Some documents may require an alternative format or an explanation from our team. The quote-request form is currently a disabled preview and cannot accept submissions; please call for assistance with a project inquiry.

Third-party materials

Manufacturer websites, external file-sharing services, and other linked resources may have accessibility features or limitations outside our control. Let us know if an external resource prevents you from obtaining product information or completing a request so we can discuss another approach.

Ongoing review

We intend to consider accessibility when updating content and website features. Reporting a problem helps us identify priorities. This page is an assistance and accessibility statement; it is not an ADA certification or a substitute for evaluating and correcting actual website barriers.
